Here we go again. Now Nancy Pelosi says she has the votes to pass the current health bill. I wonder how many Representatives have been threatened and blackmailed for their votes? I am sure that is so far below "the most ethical Congress" in the history of Congresses! I sure haven't heard much about this recently. Maybe it's because they have so many scandals going on, like Rangel or Massa?
The health care bill is not wanted by the American People. But that doesn't matter. Mr. Obama must get this pushed through to permanently "Transform" America towards the final stage of Socialism. Once it is in place it is almost impossible to dismantle.
I have a friend who owns his own small business in the health care industry. Here is what he has to say about the free market and government takeover of the health care industry- "Just free enterprise is fine for me and the universal health care would kill my business and the 16 people who work their ass for me, look into competitive bidding through medicare regs, coming our way in 2011 possibly, no one will have the freedom of choice for their healthcare needs, no government contract, no business. It's all Socialism!!! Funny how the Gov is taking away the right to choose what your needs really are isn't it?"
How many other small business owners feel the same way? But again that doesn't matter to this administration. They are seeking to "Transform" America. However, they never really specified what they meant by that, especially during the election. They allowed the people to think whatever they wanted to as to the meaning of "Transforming" America. That's why you had people saying they didn't have to worry about paying their mortgage or paying for gas anymore when he won the election.
This is truly a sad depiction of the Obama voter. However, it is accurate. The level of blind allegiance to him is incredible. However, I always come back to something I look for in a leader. Do they get by on symbolism or substance. I think we know the answer to that one with Mr. Obama! Let's get some substance back in the White House! Now that's the All Right Idea!
