Spoken like a treu Liberal, Mr. Obama thinks that children who get bad test grades are victims of a bad test. Could it be that the kids aren't learning because of bad teaching or they just aren't trying? Mr. Obama doesn't even consider these two questions because if it is due to bad teaching then he would have to do something about the Teachers Union and not holding them accountable for performance rather than tenure. And if it is because kids just aren't trying then he has to admit that people are responsible for their own lives and have personal accountability. It is much easier to test less and make the test easier to get higher grades.

I guess it takes a Conservative like me to bring up other options when the easiest and obvious answer is to just make the test easier. We must make our voices heard on the local level to effect change! Now that's the All Right Idea!!
