It seems that the poor innocent people that were lied to and sold into bad home loans might need a second bailout. You know the people with bad credit and no jobs that the government strong armed the banks into loaning to or face federal investigations of discrimination! I find it shocking to see that over half have defaulted again! Does this mean that these people don't deserve these loans or the modifications? I think it proves that the government should stay out of the banking industry and leave it to people / companies that know who to loan to and who to stay away from. This, in my opinion, proves what happens when government too involved in the free market. God help us on health care!

The Obama Administration is ORDERING banks to lower or eliminate monthly payments for the unemployed. Where is the Constitution does it say the Federal Government can dictate Orders to a non-government company?
