The EPA has and is trying to pass regulations without Congressional approval. This is a short ride to them dictating new laws to the country, which is not the role of any government agency. The Congress was created to create laws, not the agencies. The EPA would be fine with no more drilling in America and let the price of gas go through the roof! Then we all could follow our Dear Leader around on bicycles!
